UNIFIED COMMAND MISSION IN BROADVIEW TO HELP PROTECT FIRST AMENDMENT RIGHTS AND PUBLIC SAFETY CONTINUES

The Unified Command, consisting of the Broadview Police Department, the Cook County Sheriff's Office, the Illinois State Police, the Cook County Department of Emergency Management and Regional Security, and the Illinois Emergency Management Agency continues to operate in Broadview. ​ The purpose and mission of the Unified Command has not changed: https://isp.illinois.gov/Media/CompletePressRelease/2269

The Unified Command mission is separate from the activities of the National Guard. For any questions related to the location, activity, or deployment of the National Guard, please contact the U.S. Northern Command (NORTHCOM) or the Department of Defense.
