Henry of Orland Park, IL on charges of threatening Tinley Park Mayor Michael Glotz, Cook County Commissioner Sean Morrison, former Orland Park Mayor Keith Pekau, and Orland Park Trustee Cindy Nelson-Katsenes and a private citizen.

On March 18, 2026, while actively investigating Henry for threatening Morrison, Pekau, Nelson-Katsenes, and a private citizen, ISP Special Agents were notified of additional threatening and intimidating emails sent by Henry to Glotz and several others.

On March 24, 2026, after an extensive ISP investigation, Henry was arrested and the Cook County State’s Attorney’s Office approved charges for Threating Public Officials – 2nd Offense (Class 2 Felony), Threating Public Officials (Class 3 Felony), and Intimidation (Class 3 Felony). No additional information is available at this time.

When public officials alert ISP of potential threats (calls, emails, in-person, or online postings), ISP implements its Inappropriate Contact and Communication protocol to assess the communication, investigate confirmed threats and those meeting a criminal threshold, and offer a security assessment to the subject of the threat.

The charges are not evidence against the defendant, and the defendant is presumed innocent until proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt in a court of law.
