    "body": "<p style=\"text-align: center\">June 29, 2026</p><p style=\"text-align: center\">&nbsp;</p><p style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong>LAKE MATTOON</strong> &ndash; Illinois State Police (ISP) Division of Criminal Investigations Zone 8 is seeking the public&rsquo;s assistance identifying the remains of a man discovered in Lake Mattoon.</p><p style=\"text-align: justify\"> </p><p style=\"text-align: justify\">On the evening of June 28, 2026, boaters observed part of a human arm in Lake Mattoon. The Cumberland County Sheriff&rsquo;s Department requested ISP adopt the investigation. \u200b The arm has distinct tattoos and ISP is hoping this will help in identifying the man.</p><p style=\"text-align: justify\"> </p><p style=\"text-align: justify\">If anyone has any information regarding a man with tattoos matching the pictures below, or has any other information which may be
