    "body": "<p style=\"text-align: center\">MAY 8, 2026</p><p>MACOMB &ndash; \u200b At the request of the McDonough County Sheriff&rsquo;s Department, the Illinois State Police (ISP) responded to an armed subject barricaded alone in a residence. The subject was subsequently found deceased inside the home. </p><p style=\"text-align: justify\">On May 8, 2026, the McDonough County Sheriff&rsquo;s Department received a call for a domestic disturbance in the 400 block of Monmouth Street in Good Hope, IL.
