    "body": "<p style=\"text-align: center\">FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE</p><p style=\"text-align: center\">June 24, 2026</p><p style=\"text-align: center\">&nbsp;</p><p style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong>METAMORA</strong> &ndash; The Illinois State Police (ISP) conducted a multi-agency enforcement detail on June 15-20, 2026, in central Illinois focusing its efforts on Peoria, Tazewell and Warren counties. \u200b The operation utilized aerial surveillance, intra agency collaboration, and technology to target known high fatality crash areas, high crime areas, organized violent offenders, and criminal groups using interstate systems to facilitate crime. The driver was arrested for Possession of Methamphetamine, Obstructing Justice, and multiple active arrest warrants. </p><p>On June 18, 2026, Troopers conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle for an Illinois Vehicle Code violation in Peoria.
